Boost up the speed of a laptop by adware and virus removal

Yesterday while I was writing one article, on my computer, I noticed a pop-up related to some advertisement of a company. Accidentally, I pressed the enter tab and it started installing on my laptop. This was the first time it happened with me.  I was confused what to do next. I was unable to stop that installation. Finally, the installation got over and now I was able to gather information about it. It was an adware i.e. a software package which automatically plays, displays, or downloads advertisements to a laptop. Now, I am getting these advertisements in the form of pop-up on a daily basis.

 I was unable to complete the article just because of the pop-up. After some time, I got irritated by this and decided to shut my laptop down. I needed some rest so I went to visit my friend’s place. I had coffee over there and was feeling a bit relaxed. My friend asked me about my mood as he judged that I was not ok. Then, I told him about my problem.  He gave me some toll-free number and asked me call on the same.

I went home and dialed on that toll-free number and got connected to some female technician. She greeted me in very professional manner. I was impressed. Due to lack of technical knowledge I asked her for some help. I told her the whole story. She advised me to scan my laptop. I followed all the instructions and found 31 viruses on my laptop and try to remove virus from my system. She told me that we need to virus and adware removal that are hindering the functionality of my laptop.  I was in a shock for few minutes. She wanted the remote access of my laptop. I agreed with her and sat relaxed. I was just seeing the cursor moving here and there.

After some time, I was informed that all the viruses and adware has been removed from my laptop. Now the system is completely safe from all the potential threats. I took a deep breath and thanked her for the needful. Next, I started working on my laptop and completed my article peacefully.
